Foundation / Structure
The Structure is R.C.C framed, designed for stilt + 4 upper floors. The floor loadings are in accordance with the provision of IS 875 Part 2 and Part 3 for live loads and floor loads. The Structural analysis takes provision for Zone 3 requirement as per IS 1893 - 2002 for earthquake resistant design. The detailing has been done to a large extent to satisfy IS 13920.
