Chairman
Karthik Seenivasan is the Chairman of Kgroupcompany.com and is in charge of global operations.His responsibilities have included global operations, business development and M&A. He has successfully executed large cross border acquisitions in India, US, Europe and UK. Karthik brings with him a wide experience ranging from large corporations to start ups and this helps him understand the dynamics of early stage business development and an institutionalized marketing function. He has played significant roles in international, strategic development and planning in a range of public and private sector operations. His assignments through Streamline Services have included strategic partnership planning, international development and customer segmentation. Karthik as a Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration in (International Business) & Bachelor of Laws.

Karthik Seenivasan today, he is head of corporate marketing programs including online marketing, corporate communications, global customer programs, advertising, campaigns, events, and corporate branding.Karthik as a Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration in (International Business) & Bachelor of Laws.

Dr. MadhanKumar
President
Dr. MadhanKumar is President of Official Gates, reporting directly to OG Chief Executive Officer Karthik Seenivasan . Dr. MadhanKumar has a decade of experience running small businesses and managing customer relationships. He has been actively involved in the field of online advertising since 2006, and took over as President of the Kgroupcompany.com Dr. MadhanKumar graduated from The Annamalai University as a Doctor of Dental Surgeon in Medicine, and even he finished his Master degree in Dental Surgeon and remains a practicing Dentist in India.

Kumar Krishna
Chief Administrative Officer
Kumar Krishna is Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of The Official Gates. The CAO structure consolidates key global corporate functions in a purposeful approach to effectively support the business operations of The Official Gates. Key global corporate functions include Legal, Human Resources, Global Community Connections, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, Research & Innovation, Science, Transformational Productivity and Strategic Security. Mr. Kumar Krishna holds a B.Com Degree from Madras University.

Ashok Kumar
Chief Operating Officer
Ashok Kumar is Chief Operating Officer of Official Gates Product Development and Web Development. He is responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, software development, web development and delivery of OG’s software product and Web development portfolio .For the past several years, Mr. Ashok Kumar has been responsible for the OG’s family of products. Under Mr. Ashok Kumar leadership, the OG Web development business became the fastest-growing business within all industry. Since January 2006, Mr. Ashok Kumar has also led the development for OG’s next-generation business applications. Mr. Ashok Kumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering.

Savitha
Chief financial officer
Savitha is the Chief Financial Officer and directs the Finance Division of the Official Gates Since 2007. As a member of Administration, She is responsible for OG’s global controller’s office, finance operations, tax, treasury, real estate, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audits, and customer leasing. Savitha graduated from The Madras University as a MBA (Master of Business Administration) with dual specialization (Finance and Human Resource), and even she finished her Master degree in MHRM (Master of Human Resource).
